- Innstant team are at your disposal 24/7 to assist with any booking changes or cancellations as normal using the local phone number, live chat or email customer.service@innstant.travel
- If you have a non refundable booking, simply cancel it online and request our team via email, live chat or phone for them to request the fee waived.
- In most cases, even non refundable bookings are being amended / cancelled free of charge.
- For new bookings, in case clients require a hotel booking at a future period, we have 1000’s of hotels with fully refundable rates allowing full flexibility.
